Terms & Conditions | Xpert Repair Gurgaon

1. Service Agreement

By scheduling a doorstep service appointment with Xpert Repair Gurgaon through phone, WhatsApp, or our website (xpertrepairgurgaon.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We provide on-demand diagnostic and repair services for domestic household appliances across Gurugram, Haryana.

2. Inspection & Visiting Fee

Our standard visiting inspection fee is fixed at ₹299. The visiting fee covers technician travel, safety verification, and thorough fault diagnosis. If you approve the repair estimate provided by our technician, this ₹299 fee is 100% adjusted into your final service invoice.

3. Estimates & Approval

No repair work or component replacement will begin without the customer’s prior verbal or written consent based on our transparent rate card. In the event you choose not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis, only the ₹299 visiting inspection fee applies.

4. Warranty Coverage Terms

Repairs carry an official 90-day written warranty covering labor and installed spare parts, effective from the date of the service invoice. The warranty is void if the appliance is subsequently handled or repaired by an unauthorized third-party technician or suffers from voltage shocks or physical damage.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the repair and testing of the appliance. We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery. Digital invoices are issued for all completed jobs.
